Bidding & Pricing Officer
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree, from any discipline from reputable university
* Min. has 1 year experience
* Understand procurement & premises banking system and procedure
* Good command in English (oral and written)
* Good Communication and interpersonal skill
* Computer literate
Responsibilities:
* Support request variance goods from internal customer
* Analyze requirement detail of goods, make request for quotation, and conduct bidding, clarification & negotiation with vendor
* Maintain & update SLA monitoring, finishing pending items
* Responsible to provide RFQ, SLA procurement
* Maintenance various procurement & premises banking processes
* Communicate, handling complains & prepare analytical reports of any kind of complain
* Monitor & track the resolution of complain
