We are multi finance company and member of Bank of Tokyo - Mitsubishi UFJ Group.W e are looking for dynamic, creative, initiative person and able to work in team as:
COLLECTION GM (COLLGM)
- Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline.
- Has at least 5 years experience as GM Collection in multi finance company (car financing) or banking industry
- Has good understanding about A/R management, credit calculation & deviation procedure
- Has good leadership to manage more than 100 employees working at several locations.
- Highly motivated person who has a planning skill to find optional solution for complicated matters.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to travel.
COLLECTION MANAGER (COLLMGR)
- Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline.
- Has at least 5 years experience as Collection Manager in multi finance company (car financing) or banking industry
- Has good understanding about A/R management, credit calculation & deviation procedure
- Has good leadership to manage more than 100 employees working at several locations.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to travel.MARKETING MANAGER (MM)
- Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline
- Has at least 5 years experiences as Marketing Manager in multi finance company (car financing)
- Has a good relationship with automotive distributor, dealer / show room
- Has good understanding about marketing strategy, credit process, marketing research, marketing intelligence & product development
- Fluent in English
- Has high motivation, good communication skill and a good leadership
MIS COLLECTION SUPERVISOR (MISCOLL)
- Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline.
- Has at least 3 years experience as MIS Collection Supervisor preferably in multi finance company (car financing) or banking industry
- Has good understanding about A/R management, credit calculation & deviation procedure
- Has a good analytical thinking, processing data & computer skill
- Fluent in English.
CREDIT SUPERVISOR (CSPV)
- Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline.
- Has at least 3 years experiences as Credit Analyst for car financing in multi finance or banking industry
- Has a good understanding about lending criteria and able to evaluate financial statement
- Fluent in English
- Has leadership and a good communication skill
ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT STAFF (ODS)
- Minimum bachelor degree, preferably major in psychology or management.
- Minimum 1 year experience in OD area and preferably in multi finance company.
- Has a good understanding in Organization Development (Job Analysis & CBHRM), Assessment Process and Performance Management (KPI,
tools, methods).
- Fluent in English.
- Has a good communication skill.
- Energetic, creative and a team player.
