Risk Management Group Head

Responsibilities & Qualification :
* Be responsible for developing corporate wide Risk Management Program modeled

* Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance with existing and newly established banking rules and regulations
* Play an active role in the company’s Loan Administration and Asset-Liability Management
* Bachelor’s Degree (higher level of education is preferable) in Business-related field such as economic or finance or statistics
* 15 years experience in Banking Industry, and minimum 5 years experience in risk management
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications

CORPORATE PLANNING DIVISION HEAD

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
* Manage and direct the Corporate Planning Division.
* To maintain a rigorous analysis procedure to ensure appropriate review and approval of major company decisions.
* Involved in the planning and develop the corporations long term strategy, directs the development of the corporation’s annual business plan and key performance indicators, and directs the measurement, reporting and stewardship of the company’s performance against the annual business plan targets.
* Participate in strategic planning and development of finance banking
* Identify market opportunities; evaluate business performance
* Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
* 10 years experience in Banking Industry, and minimum 5 years experience in developing and analyze banking finance
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications

TRADE FINANCE& CASH MANAGEMENT DIVISION HEAD

Responsibilities & Qualifications :
* Male or Female, age 35 – 40 years old
* Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, business, higher level of education is preferable; English and computer literate is a must
*
Strong ethic demonstrated by leadership behavior and initiative
*
Knowledge of all Trade Finance & Cash Management related products
*
Min. 10 years experience in the same field

CREDIT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION HEAD

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

*
Create product for SME credit
*
Set up training SME credit syllabus
*
Identify, develop and close new business banking opportunities.
*
Male or Female, age below 40 years old
*
Min. 10 years experience formulating, implementing and monitoring sales and marketing program and credit control strategy for Commercial & SME banking product
*
Min. 3 years experience at the same or relevant position
*
Have a perfect knowledge and experience of SME banking product
*
Capable to demonstrate the interpersonal skill and strong leadership
This position is VP (Vice President) level, report to the Director.
