TRAINING & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Organizational Development : Assessment, develop matrix
competency, workload analysis, etc.Responsible in handling training program: conduct TNA, arrange training, Data input in Puzzle, etcResponsible
in implementing ISO 9001; ISO 14001 for all HR aspect.
Qualification:
Male / Female, min 25 years old.Bachelor
degree from Reputable university, all major - preferred in
Industrial Technology.Experience
in designing training program min 3 years.Experience in Organizational Development min 3 years.
Have knowledge in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.Excellent
Computer skill (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power point &
Linux program).Experienced in using statistic program.Adaptable,
excellent analytical and presentation skill, self starter, excellent
communication skill, and able to maintain good relationship with
other department.Willing to be placed in Cikarang (We provide shuttle bus for employee in JABODETABEK).
