Answer phones to respond to general customer inquiries and customer complaints.
1.Male or Female, max 30 years old.
2.Diploma Degree from any related degree.
3.Confident, good phone manner, good communication skill.
4.Show a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
5.Persuasive and able to manage emotional restrain
6.Capable in handling complaint with empathy and willing to seek for information to solve problem at work
7.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
8.Having residence in Jabodetabek.
9.Willing to work in shift time.
10.Ability to speak and write English actively will be an added value.
