Applicants should posses the following requirements:

* Indonesian
* Technical Engineering Degree or Advance Diploma Graduate
* Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position
* Knowledge of all technical calculations required for the safe operation of drilling unit
* Computer and English literate
* Holding valid Well Control and Drilling Technology certificates for Tool Pusher, Didier and AD candidates
* Holding valid Barge Master / OIM license for Barge Master
* Work experience and demonstrated ability of oral and written communication may be substituted in lieu of formal education
