Purpose of Position :
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, including dispatching of
pick-ups and service information
Requirements :
· Minimum D3 certificate or equivalent
· 1 year experience in a customer service environment
· Above average general office skills, including typing and
filing
· Strong written and oral (telephone) communication skills
in both local and English languages
· Fluent in English (written and spoken)
· Ability to work variable shifts based on business needs
· Computer literate
· Emotionally mature
