Our client is a Multinational company in compressor industry looking for professional, who is

committed to be part of their team as:

Sales Engineer

Work Location : Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Purpose: To meet the sales targets of Indonesia and to support distributors. Indonesia is a focus country and we wish to establish our direct presence in the long run and hence we are increasing sales people.
• Will report to the Country Manager for Indonesia
• The Sale Engineer will ensure business generation by:
• Enquiry generation
• Closing Sales Leads and order execution
• Customer relationship
• Assisting distributors for Sales
• Achieve sales Targets – Direct & through distributors in assigned territory
• Provide support to Distributor
• Train and develop distributor teams

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent. Job role in Sales Engineer or equivalent.
• Should be fluent in Bahasa & English
• Have compressor knowledge
• Exposure to manufacturing industry
• Should be aware of local compressor industry
• Should be target oriented
• Have the ability to manage sales and drive dristributors
• Should be customer Centric
• Have experience in the Compressor Industry is a must
