CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPORT & IMPORT
To Be Placed On Jakarta
Scope of Job:
* Documentation
* Coordinate and arrange import / export shipment delivery
* Follow up flight details with airlines and shipment arrival schedule
* Attend to customers’ enquiries
* Any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
* Have an experience in freight forwarding business
* Knowledge on export / import
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Good customer service, analytical, problem solving and follow up skills
* Good knowledge of Mircosoft Office application
* English capability
