Main Responsibilities:
•Manage all administration and logistics responsibilities for Premier staff learning and development commitments, both local and international
•Assist Learning and Development Specialist in delivering internal training programmes, managing all administrative aspects of the deliveries
•Generate a training library for Premier Oil employees to utilise, prepare training recording systems, and file all related documents, complete BPMIGAS reporting requirements
•Maintain training provider/vendor lists
•Assist the Recruitment Specialist with candidate administration
•Reserve rooms/venues for interviews and training, prepare reimbursements for candidate interview expenses
•Prepare Quarterly schedules for Premier Oil Induction Programmes for new employees
•Assist with ad hoc administration requirements such as contracts management or employee data input to HRIS

•5 years plus experience within a corporate administration environment
•Experience within a training or recruitment organisation would be valued
•Basic financial accounts management, data storage and cataloguing techniques
•Managing relationships with varied stakeholders including graduates, candidates, management, external guests and government officials

Main Responsibilities:
•Responsible for all administration activities, documentation process coordinating with all department managers in compiling minutes reports for meeting with share holder, Board of Directors, Weekly Management Meting and Government Institution. Maintain filing systems for records and other written material.
•Prioritize and prepare correspondence and similar items to assist superior.
•Prepare and types correspondence and reports from other companies and government institution, with highly technical, confidential and/or complex nature. To receive and distribute incoming calls, letters, faxes, etc to the related person in the Subsurface and Technical Support department including taking-down and passing on any messages as necessary.
•Responsible for arranging the preparation for Seminars / Meetings / Workshops / Luncheons / Dinners in the office and outside Premier Oil Natuna Sea BV, also providing superior and other managers as appropriate with details of meeting schedules. Attend such meetings as directed by the superior to take minutes.
•Arranges / provides / monitors accommodation, ticket and transportation as required by Subsurface and Technical Support Team. Coordinate with car dispatcher for car arrangement.
•Translate any documents requested and does final quality check.
•Prepare MP2 (RFS/RFM/LVI) and DA/DS justification for Subsurface and Technical Support department.

•Diploma in Secretary.
•Minimum 3 years experiences as Secretary
•Fluent in English both written and spoken
•Working knowledge of all secretarial duties
•Advance / Sound Knowledge of filling system, writing and speaking English
•Proven ability in English communication, filling system, and other administration works
•Computer literate in Microsoft Office Software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
