OFFICE OPERATIONS MANAGER
He/she will be responsible to manage the general administrative affairs, Accounting and IT Services of the Representative Office.
Provides general leadership, helps to set strategic direction and provides operation procedures among all team members within the Accounting, IT and Operations Department.
This includes develop, recommend and execute an overall Financial Strategy and Discipline, which supports and enhances the Administrative activities. And also design, implement and manage process of reporting to ensure that we can have appropriate information in timely manner to set objective, make decisions and monitor performance of Accounting Department by verifying the efficiency and accuracy of the expenses. Additionally, this position will manage office operations including office administration, travel and transportation.
To qualify, you must hold a Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years of varied/progressive Accounting and Operations in global business.
Applicants must be fully fluent in both oral and written English, strong understanding of GAPP and extensive in Indonesia tax and accounting regulations, excellent computer skills , working experience in an international Representative Office. This position will suit those candidates who demonstrate initiative and who have strong leadership and analytical skills. You will also need to possess good management and interpersonal skills. Be detailed oriented and proactive in your approach to work.
